Our offerings include traffic control, pavement marking, construction and roadway signage, traffic control devices, personal protective equipment, and graphic design services.The Company currently has openings for experienced, dependable, energetic, highly motivated, hard-working team members with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Job DutiesLayout and install pavement markings on roadways and highways.Track and record material quantities on each project.Perform traffic control - flagging, lane closures, mobile lane closures.Operate various types of pavement marking equipment and trucks.Perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance.Load and unload trucks.Shifts include long days, most weekends, travel, and many nights.Other duties as assigned.Position RequirementsValid driver's license (CDL preferred)Membership in Laborer's union (may join after being hired)High school diploma or GEDATSSA certification(s) are a plus but not requiredThis role offers ample opportunities for learning and advancement within the A&A Safety team. A pre-employment drug screening is mandatory, as we maintain a drug-free workplace. Candidates must consent to driving record verification and/or background checks.
