nCDJR Bryan is looking for an Experienced Lube Technician to join our high-volume Service Department. If you have hands-on automotive maintenance experience and are looking to grow your skills with a dealership that invests in technician development, this is your opportunity to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
nThis role is ideal for someone with prior lube, express service, quick-lube, or dealership experience who is ready to work alongside experienced technicians while learning the latest Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicle technology.

n nWhat You'll Do
nnnPerform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and routine maintenance
n
nnConduct comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections
n
nnInspect and recommend maintenance needs according to manufacturer guidelines
n
nnEnsure all work is completed efficiently and to dealership quality standards
n
nnMaintain accurate repair order documentation
n
nnCommunicate maintenance recommendations with Service Advisors
n
nnAssist Service Technicians and Shop Foreman as needed
n
nnKeep work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant
n
n nWhat You'll Bring
nnnMinimum 2 year of automotive maintenance, lube technician, or express service experience
n
nnPrevious dealership, domestic brand, truck, or CDJR experience preferred
n
nnExperience performing oil changes, tire rotations, fluid exchanges, battery services, and basic maintenance repairs
n
nnExperience conducting multi-point inspections and identifying maintenance needs
n
nnStrong work ethic and desire to grow within the automotive industry
n
nnAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
n
nnValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
n
nnHigh school diploma or GED required
n
nnMust be at least 18 years old
