Requirements
What We're Looking For At least 1 year of maintenance experience (apartment/community preferred)
HVAC expertise is a plus (EPA certification welcome, and a path to it if you don't have it yet)
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license preferred
Flexibility for on-call responsibilities (rotating evenings/weekends)
Physical Requirements Lift/carry up to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally 100 lbs with assistance
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder climbing
Comfort working in tight spaces and using hand tools
