We currently have two clients who prefer a male caregiver. One client primarily needs companionship and social engagement, while the other requires hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers who enjoy helping seniors and other adults remain safe, comfortable, engaged, and independent at home.Current OpportunitiesCompanionship AssignmentThis client primarily needs a caregiver who can provide:Companionship and meaningful conversationSocial engagement and activitiesSafety supervisionMeal preparationMedication remindersLight housekeepingAssistance with errands and routine daily activities as neededWe are looking for someone who is friendly, engaging, patient, dependable, and comfortable building a positive relationship with the client.Personal Care AssignmentThis client requires a caregiver experienced and comfortable providing more hands-on assistance, which may include:Bathing and grooming assistanceDressingToileting and personal hygieneMobility and ambulation assistanceTransfersMeal preparationMedication remindersCompanionship and safety supervisionLight housekeeping and laundryFollowing the client's individualized Plan of CarePrevious hands-on personal-care experience is strongly preferred for this assignment.QualificationsPrevious professional caregiving experience preferredExperience working with seniors and adults who need assistance at homePersonal-care and transfer experience strongly preferred for the hands-on assignmentDementia/Alzheimer's experience is a plusCNA or Home Care Aide experience is a plusCompassionate, patient, dependable, and professionalStrong communication skillsReliable transportationAbility to follow an individualized Plan of Care and report changes or concerns promptlyMust meet applicable California Home Care Aide and HomeWell employment requirementsWhy Join HomeWell?Immediate client assignments availableFlexible part-time opportunitiesOpportunity for additional hours and client assignmentsOne-on-one caregivingSupportive local office teamOpportunity to build long-term relationships with clients and familiesApply Today – Immediate OpeningsWe are actively interviewing caregivers for these assignments and would like to fill them quickly.
