nLooking for a Experienced Draftsman- Either Edgewater or Jacksonville Office
nWe have two offices: able to work at either location.
nJacksonville Office: 4836 Safe Harbor Way, Jacksonville, FL 32226 Edgewater Office: 3625 US Highway 1, Edgewater, FL 32141
nResponsibilities:
nCreate detailed construction drawings and plan sets for marine and waterfront projects.
nPrepare site plans, structural details, and permit drawings.
nRevise and update plans based on engineering and project requirements.
nCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel as needed.
nQualifications:
nProficiency in AutoCAD and/or similar drafting software.
nExperience with marine construction, seawalls, docks, bulkheads, boat lifts, or waterfront structures preferred.
nAbility to read and interpret engineering and construction documents.
nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.
nKnowledge of local permitting requirements is a plus.
