If you're the person people call when a door won't close, trim needs replacing, drywall needs repairing, or a project needs someone who can figure it out, we'd like to meet you. We're looking for strong carpentry and residential repair experience, practical problem-solving skills, and pride in a job done right. You should be comfortable working independently, communicating with homeowners, and treating their homes with care. Your work will include carpentry, doors and trim, drywall repairs, painting, installations, and general home improvements.Want to move into leadership? We're hiring a craftsman today with the goal of developing the right person into a Field Supervisor or General Manager in 2027. If you enjoy helping others, setting a high standard, and keeping projects moving, this could be your next step. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
