Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Texas/Jacksonville area seeks an experienced RN to provide routine and complex patient care in a clinical setting, operating with independence and adherence to protocols. You will assess, educate patients and families, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with care teams.
