nVirtuous Health Centers, An Interventional Pain management clinic, is seeking an experienced mid-level provider to join our team in Show Low, AZ. nResponsibilities:
nEvaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with chronic and acute pain conditions
nOrder interventional pain management procedures that fit well with patient care plans
nConduct thorough patient assessments, including history and physical examinations
nOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and lab results relevant to pain management
nPrescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with state and federal regulations
nCollaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
nEducate patients and families on pain management strategies, treatment options, and expectations
nMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
nRequirements:
nActive NP or PA license in the state of Arizona
n2+ years of experience in pain management, anesthesia, or a related specialty preferred
nDEA license and ability to prescribe controlled substances
nExperience with interventional pain procedures is a strong plus
nStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
nExcellent communication and patient-centered bedside manner
nProficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
nSalary negotiable DOE
