Job description
1-800-Plumber+Air1-800-Plumber +Air is a growing plumbing and HVAC company and we are looking for a motivated responsible master or journeyman plumber to perform residential and commercial service and repair work. This will include basic residential and commercial plumbing repairs as well as water heater replacements, repipes, drain stoppages and sewer line replacements and other plumbing services as needed.Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearOur ValuesQualityValueIntegrityBenefits: Bonus based on performance, company car, competitive salary, opportunity for advancement, profit sharing, training & development. Note: If you are not a plumber please do not apply. This is for experienced plumbers only. If you have both plumbing knowledge and HVAC knowledge this is a plus but not required. Knowledge of boilers, gas lines is a large plus. New hires must use their own vehicles for 2-3 weeks during the initial orientation.We Offer: Competitive pay, various franchise support programs including training program and introduction to new technologies and services, company apparel.ResponsibilitiesFull knowledge and use of Service-Titan SoftwareBe able to quote jobs and provide estimates to residential and commercial customersPerform plumbing work together with other plumbersPerform residential and commercial service and repair work, including residential and commercial plumbing repairs as well as water heater replacements, re-pipes, gas lines, commercial boilers and grease traps, drain stoppages and sewer line replacements and other plumbing services as neededAnalyze problems and understand what tools and services are needed for the problemFollow health and safety regulationsPerform inspections of plumbing systems and be able to fix any problemsReport documents of any problems and action takenTest plumbing systems for leaks and other problemsQualificationsMust have experience in residential and commercial servicesKnowledge of current regulations within the plumbing fieldMust pass background checkAbility to use a wide variety of plumbing toolsGood physical conditionCustomer service experience as selling at the customers location is fundamentalMust have a valid Driver's License
