Location: Nationwide travel is required for this role.

Compensation: Earn $38/Hour, supplemented by a daily per diem of $125–$180 and mileage reimbursement at $0.76 per mile.

Assignment Details: We are offering long-term projects lasting 6 months or more, with consistent work opportunities available.

We are actively seeking expert Orbital TIG Welders to provide support for industrial and advanced manufacturing initiatives across the U.S. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who value precision, thrive on complex technical challenges, and are ready to work in diverse manufacturing settings. Core Responsibilities

Configure and utilize Orbital TIG welding machinery.

Execute precise TIG welds on various piping, tubing, and mechanical parts.

Adjust welding settings to ensure all project requirements are met.

Prepare joints and materials thoroughly before beginning the welding process.

Help maintain high standards of structural integrity by producing consistent, high-quality welds.

Interpret complex blueprints, weld symbols, engineering specs, and WPS documentation.

Oversee weld quality and perform necessary adjustments during operation.

Conduct thorough visual and dimensional assessments of finished welds.

Identify and resolve issues related to welding equipment, parameters, or processes.

Contribute to a safe and organized work environment for the entire team.

Adjust seamlessly to new job sites, varying procedures, and different equipment.

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of documented welding experience, specifically with Orbital TIG systems.

Demonstrated history of executing high-precision Orbital TIG welding.

Comprehensive understanding of heat control, TIG principles, and weld parameters.

Proficiency in reading and applying welding specifications, symbols, and blueprints.

Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, or other specialty alloys is preferred.

Maintain a high level of detail to ensure superior weld quality.

Capability to diagnose and troubleshoot welding equipment and processes.

Knowledge of quality standards and weld inspection protocols.

Ability to work autonomously while adapting to various manufacturing environments.

Flexibility to accommodate overtime, weekend, and night shifts.

Willingness to travel extensively throughout the country.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate of $38.

Daily per diem ranging from $125 to $180.

Mileage reimbursement at $0.76 per mile.
