Job description
St. James Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Medford, NY seeks an Experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to assess patients, plan individualized rehab programs, and document progress. You will educate patients and families and work under physician direction with a collaborative rehab team.
The ideal candidate has PT education, a valid license, and is comfortable supervising assistants, with long-term care/geriatric experience preferred. Daily pay offered.
