Job description
Mysemg is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join a collaborative clinic team in Georgia. The APP will manage populations with chronic and acute care, primarily in an outpatient setting alongside primary care physicians and specialists.
The role involves diagnosing/treating conditions, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and counseling patients. Requires GA licensure, prescriptive authority, BLS, and 2+ years of primary care experience.
