ROLE OVERVIEWAdult Primary Care role in Chicago metro100% Outpatient at 1 Location Join existing team of MD/DO + APP + Scribe, Medical AssistantCapped patient panel for work life balance- spend more time with patientsRecently built clinics with on site labsSchedule: M-F 8a-5p- NO Nights, NO WeekendsValue Based Care- Emphasis on CARETypical day: 11-14 Patients per dayPACKAGEPartner Track available; Promotable PositionSalary range commensurate with exp. up to $240k Base + Annual Quality Bonus 5 Weeks PTO ; Medical, Dental, Vision + Retirement $5000 Annual CME allowance & 1 Week Malpractice with TailRelocation assistance if needed
