Experienced Residential PlumberWe are seeking an Experienced Residential Plumber to diagnose residential plumbing issues and present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who values quality workmanship, customer service, and teamwork. We are under new management and are locally owned and vet operated.Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in homesPerform routine maintenance and service callsCommunicate solutions and pricing with customersComplete paperwork, debrief and invoice in ServiceTitanCollect payments.Attend weekly training meetings with teamStrong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install residential plumbing systems.Ability to diagnose issues and present clear repair/replacement options to homeowners.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.Valid driver's licenseStanding, walking, bending, and kneeling for long periods of timePushing and pullingLifting 50+ lbs.Using hand/power tools and protective equipmentWorking indoors/outdoors in various weather conditionsExposure to confined spaces such as a crawl space for extended periods of time and job site hazards$80,000–$140,000 annual earning potentialPaid Time Off (PTO)Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planCompany?provided uniformsCompany?provided vehicleCompany?provided iPhone & iPadTraining and career developmentRight Now Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical stands out—on the road with our iconic pink trucks and in the way we care for our people and our community.
