We are quickly expanding within the Ann Arbor area, providing many opportunities for career advancement within our organization!Salary:Guaranteed minimum for 40 hrs/week starting at $25/hrSalary Range: $50,000-60,000 (depending upon experience)Sign-on Bonus: up to $5,000 (depending upon experience)Responsibilities:Work under the guidance of a journeyman plumber to learn advanced technical skills and execute minor jobs independentlyPerform plumbing service work on residential plumbing systems in addition to whole-house plumbing evaluationsExperience operating drain cleaning equipmentWalk customers through service options to ensure solutions fit their needs and budgetTest each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properlyExplain each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completedEnsure clients are 100% satisfied with all workConvey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while drivingAvailable Monday to Friday for 8am-5pm shifts (overtime and weekend opportunities as well!)Benefits:401K with a 3.5% employer matchEmployer subsidized premium health, vision, and dental insurance for you and your dependentsGenerous paid time off (10 flexible days + national holidays every year)Custom company van and fuel cardiPad with scheduling softwareCompany-provided tools for your vanOngoing sales and technical trainingFree uniforms and laundry serviceFully stocked pantry and fridgeMinimum Requirements:Apprentice plumber license in the State of Michigan1 year of plumbing experienceCompensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearWe want to make joining our team as easy as possible.
