Job description
Jobot in Elmira, NY is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney for a permanent, on-site role. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of real estate law experience, with strong knowledge of titles, surveys and deeds, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of property matters.
You will draft and negotiate real estate contracts, advise clients, and coordinate with lenders and title companies to move transactions toward closing.
