Experienced Residential Service Electrician - Wilmington, NC

Michael and Son Services, Inc., founded in 1976 and based in Alexandria, VA, provides top-quality electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and restoration services across Maryland, Virginia, and the Carolinas. We're looking for Experienced Residential Service Electricians to join our team and help homeowners solve electrical problems safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
Diagnose and solve residential electrical problems
Perform upgrades, repairs, and replacements
Educate homeowners and offer real solutions
Run your own calls and own your numbers

What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
Demonstrated experience performing residential electrical service work
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to explain service options and help customers make informed decisions
Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Electrical license or certification (journeyman, master, or equivalent)
Familiarity with tablets, digital dispatching, or paperless job documentation
Interest in career growth, mentorship, or leadership opportunities
