Electra Solutions LLC Raleigh-Durham (Triangle Area), NC Full-Time $50,000 - $100,000 per year Health, Dental & Vision + PTO
About the Role
Electra Solutions LLC is a growing residential electrical company serving homeowners across the Raleigh-Durham Triangle. We're looking for an experienced Residential Electrician who is just as comfortable diagnosing and fixing a service issue as they are recommending the right solution to a homeowner. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for a pro who takes pride in clean, code-compliant work and knows how to build the kind of trust that turns a service call into the next project.
If you know residential service and construction inside and out - panels, EV chargers, and everyday installs - and you have the personality to sell the value of doing the job right, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
Perform panel upgrades, service upgrades, device replacements, lighting installs, generator work, EV charger installations, and general service and construction installs
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems efficiently and safely
Perform electrical safety evaluations
Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide honest repair and upgrade options
Drive add-on sales by educating customers on safety, code, and value - no pressure, just solutions
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Follow company SOPs and safety standards
Represent Electra Solutions with professionalism and positivity
What We're Looking For
Residential service experience preferred
Experience with panel upgrades, EV charger installs, and general service and install work
Strong troubleshooting skills
A sales-driven mindset with the ability to present options and close work at the point of service
Excellent communication skills
Clean and professional appearance
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in workmanship
Attention to detail
Must pass a background check and drug test

$50,000 - $100,000 per year (competitive hourly pay based on experience)
