Experienced Restoration TechnicianRainbow Restoration of The Woodlands, Huntsville, Conroe When a home or business floods, burns, or takes storm damage, we're who they call. As a Restoration Technician, you're the person on-site making a bad day better — extracting water, setting equipment, and getting people back to normal. You already know this work, and we're looking for an experienced tech who can hit the ground running.What you'll doRespond to water, fire, smoke, and mold jobs and start mitigation to IICRC standardsSet and monitor drying equipment, and keep our gear clean, stocked, and ready to rollWalk customers through the scope of work and handle the documentation that goes with itManage your schedule so jobs get done on timeCross-train into related skills as you growWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years of verifiable restoration experienceExperience with Next Gear (Dash) softwareExperience with MICA / Mitigate softwareExperience with photo documentationIICRC certification is a plus and will be considered in starting payStarting pay is based on verifiable experience and certificationsA valid driver's license and a clean driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug screenAble to lift and move up to 100 lbs and be on your feetReliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving daySolid communication with customers and teammatesBasic computer skillsThe real dealThis is physical, hands-on work.
