Job description
University of Maryland Medical System invites experienced nurses to join a Magnet-designated academic medical center in downtown Baltimore near the Inner Harbor. The role requires MD RN licensure (Compact eligibility acceptable) and a minimum of 12 months' experience, with ongoing education and active professional involvement.
You will independently provide and coordinate patient care, participate in unit governance, and contribute to strategies that improve outcomes and patient satisfaction.
