nnDo you have experience in mechanics, carpentry, plumbing, or other trades? Are you the best RV technician? If so, we want you to be the next service technician. We are looking for hard working individuals with a positive attitude to join our service team!

nOur busy dealership is in need of a Certified RV Technician to augment our rapidly growing full-service RV dealership and repair facility. In this role, you will diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles including travel trailers. May specialize in maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components. Our mission is to change how customers experience RV repairs & maintenance. We run an honest shop and operate with integrity.

nn$25 to $55depending of cert level and experience

n nJob Responsibilities

nnnExamine and diagnose RV problems

n

nnDiscuss repairs and additional service requests with service advisors 

n

nnPlan work procedures in cooperation with the shop foreman

n

nnMonitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly

n

nnMaintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation

n

nnComplete story and documentation for all repairs

n

nnUnderstand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)

n

nnAbility to learn through audio, visual, and hand-on training

n

nnMaintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area

n

n nEducation/Experience 

nnnHigh school diploma or equivalent

n

nnKnowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, etc. 

n

nnCertified Technician certificate (RVTI preferred)

nBretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967.  Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. A search for a new camping trailer ended up turning into a new business opportunity.  Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers.

nToday Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho.  We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 450 employees in the last six years.  We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company.  We start by finding great people with high energy and then find the best place for them to be successful in our dealerships.
