Highly experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Tech role at a higher pay rate.

What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair ATVs, side-by-sides, and dirt bikes
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Test machine to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard and the unit is fully ride-ready for the customer
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with service advisors
Conduct preventive maintenance and "wellness checks" on machines
Keep accurate records of work completed
Follow shop safety practices and maintain a clean work area
Jump in where needed and work as part of a solid, experienced crew
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience working on off-road vehicles or similar
Certification or formal training in vehicle repair is a plus
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills (electrical knowledge is a bonus)
Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Comfort working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
