Experienced Support Staff NeededIdeal Care, LLC has an immediate opening and is looking for experienced support staff for weekday and weekend shifts in the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego, CA with a male client. This position entails supporting a client with developmental disabilities.The ideal candidate has enthusiasm, energy, consistency, patience and knowledge of developmental disabilities. Must have at least 1 year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.Staff is needed for an adult male with developmental disabilities. Some job duties include helping with household management skills, light cleaning, community outings, cooking some meals and assisting clients with their personal goals. As well as transporting the client to doctor appointments, activities, and/or grocery shopping.Rewarding position!! Apply today!Job Type: Hourly weekday support staffPay: $21.00 HR day shift (6:00am to 10:00pm)/ $18.00 HR nighttime shift (10:00pm to 6:00 am)We have an immediate opening for weekday and weekend shifts in the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego County.Shifts needed:Day shifts available:- Friday - 9:30am-6:30pm - schedule start and end can be slightly adjusted if neededWeekend shift available:- Every other weekend - 9:30am on Friday until 6:30pm on Sunday.
