Job description
Intermountain Health in Murray, Utah invites an experienced Registered Nurse to join our patient care team. You will assess physical, social, and psychological needs, plan individualized care, coordinate with interdisciplinary staff, and implement care with evidence-based practice and timely documentation.
The position requires current RN licensure in the state, BLS certification, and BSN within four years. New grads are not accepted; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
