Then you may be our perfect hero!As a valued SERVPRO® Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunity to learn and grow.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise water mitigation crews on residential and commercial loss projectsPerform detailed inspections, moisture assessments, and damage evaluationsDevelop and execute drying plans using industry-standard equipment and proceduresSet up, monitor and document dehumidification and drying equipmentComplete moisture readings, daily logs, photos, and job documentation accuratelyCommunicate effectively with homeowners, property managers, insurance representatives and team membersTrain and mentor technicians on proper mitigation procedures and safety practicesMaintain job site organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company standardsIdentify additional work opportunities and communicate scope changes professionallyEnsure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to industry guidelinesInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in water mitigation/restoration preferredPrevious lead or supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of water damage restoration processes and drying principlesExperience with moisture meters, air movers, dehumidifiers and monitoring equipmentAbility to read and interpret drying documentation and job scopesValid drivers license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ and perform physical restoration workAvailability for emergency response, including evenings and weekendsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawWhat we offer:Competitive pay based on experienceOpportunities for advancementTraining and certification supportCompany vehicle/tools (if applicable)Pay Rate $22.00 - $25.00 hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit.
