RealCraft WoodworkerAt RealCraft, we build solid wood doors by hand, the kind of work that takes real skill and leaves you with something worth being proud of. Our woodworkers machine, assemble, and finish custom door components from start to crate, using quality joinery, careful material selection, and an eye for detail that shows in the final product. Every door is handcrafted on-site using traditional joinery and solid wood, for architects, designers, and homeowners across the US.What You'll DoCraft high-quality custom wood doors and wood products.Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.Assemble, sand, and prepare products for finishing.Ensure all work meets quality and craftsmanship standards.Collaborate with the production team to meet customer deadlines.Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.What We're Looking For3+ years of woodworking experience in a production, carpentry, or manufacturing setting.Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and standard woodshop equipment.Detail-oriented and consistent, reliable, on time, and easy to work with.High school diploma or GED.What We Offer$23-$25/hour, Monday through Friday, consistent hours.Medical, dental, and vision coverage, with RealCraft covering 80% of your medical premium.Simple IRA with 3% company match after six months.PTO starting day one, plus paid holidays and extra time off at Christmas.Work boot allowance, referral bonuses, and bridge toll reimbursement for Narrows commuters.Full-time, on-site in Gig Harbor.
