UPMC's AG7 24-bed post-surgical unit seeks a Professional Staff Nurse, Expert to provide high-quality nursing care for adult and geriatric patients. This role emphasizes leadership, education of new graduates, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will apply the nursing process within Relationship Based Care, mentor students and staff, and contribute to a healthy workplace through teamwork and evidence-based practice.
