Job description
Cornell University seeks a three-year visiting assistant professor in contemporary Taiwanese humanities within the Department of Asian Studies. The appointee will teach two courses per semester, with multiple Taiwan Studies offerings each term, and contribute to undergraduate and graduate programs.
The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in a humanities field by June 2027 and proficiency in Taiwanese languages, able to engage broad audiences across disciplinary boundaries.
