Your role will be:Responds to customer questions, explains available services, corrects errors, provides information on pricing, takes orders, develops leads, and/or sells products and services.Passes more complex customer inquiries to higher level Technical SupportPrepare International Quotations and Proforma InvoicesProcess Export Orders into SAP-based computer systemProcess and manage large complex ordersProcess emailsCoordinate transportation of goods by air, sea, truck, courierTrack and trace international shipments and communicate details to all concerned partiesAssist with export documentation: Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, USMCA Certificates, Certificates of Origin, etc. as requiredAbility to write business correspondence and to communicate effectively on the phonePerforms restricted party screenings for customers and foreign visitorsAssist sales offices with export quotes, orders and inquiriesInteracts effectively with individuals at all levels of the organizationContinue education and ongoing review of industry requirementsEffective, accurate and efficient processing of all customer requests (quotes, orders, RMA's, reschedule notices, parts inquiries)Other duties as assignedIf this is you, come join us!Minimum of 2 years of international logistics and export operations experienceWorking knowledge of Export Administration Regulations, Export Licensing RequirementsWorking knowledge of current version of INCOTERMSProficient Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Experience in manufacturing export customer service preferredPrior export order and quote experienceExport compliance knowledgePrior SAP experience is a plusBenefitsComprehensive benefits package featuring coverage for the majority of health insurance premiums, along with company-paid life insurance, short-term disability (STD), and long-term disability (LTD)401(k): 6% match and immediate vestingPaid vacation, sick and volunteer time12 paid holidaysParental leaveTuition reimbursementTraining and developmentCompany social eventsWork/life balance… and more!Why come to Fives North American Combustion?We are visionaries, challengers, collaborators and relationship-builders.
