Export OperationWe are seeking a bilingual (Japanese/English) professional to join our export operations team. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, motivated, and looking to grow in the logistics field. While prior experience in freight forwarding is preferred, we also welcome candidates who are new to the industry.Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA 90220Compensation: $21-23/hour, depending on experienceWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PMBenefits:100% company-paid health insurance (employee only)Optional spouse coverage available at employees costSimple IRA retirement plan (eligibility after 1 year)Paid time off:5 days in the first year10 days from the 2nd to 4th year15 days from the 5th year onwardAnnual performance-based bonusPerformance reviews conducted twice a year
