Full-Time Express Automotive Service Technician

n Your Role:
nnnCollaborate with the service team to deliver efficient, expert care on every customer vehicle
n
nnPerform minor services including lube, oil, and filter changes, following all dealership and manufacturer procedures
n
nnConduct thorough multi-point inspections on each vehicle (Customer Pay, Warranty, Extended Warranty)
n
nnIdentify all legitimate service and repair needs and document recommendations in the Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) report
n
nnPrepare accurate estimates for additional work and communicate findings to the Service Advisor for guest approval
n
nnAssist fellow technicians with light mechanical duties as needed
n
nnMaintain excellent communication with Service Manager, Service Consultants, and technicians to meet Lexus time standards and exceed guest expectations
n
nnKeep the shop clean and equipment calibrated to Lexus standards
n
nnPerform additional duties as assigned, contributing to a smooth, professional shop environment
n
