Express Care Pediatrician

This opportunity allows you to provide high-quality, family-centered care within a collaborative, innovative environment focused on efficiency and patient experience. The shift-based model offers predictable scheduling, minimal weekend coverage, and no call responsibilities supporting a true work-life balance. As part of a rapidly growing division, you ll enjoy long-term stability, professional growth, and access to more than 50 pediatric subspecialists. Opportunity Highlights
Flexible shift-based schedule: 3 3.5 shifts per week, 11-hour shifts
Limited weekend and holiday coverage
No call responsibilities with streamlined handoffs
Competitive compensation aligned with AAAP benchmarks
Relocation assistance up to $15,000
CME allowance of $5,000 plus two weeks of dedicated CME time
30+ days of PTO, increasing with tenure
