Express Care Pediatrician

AMN Healthcare invites you to join Children’s Mercy in Kansas City as a Pediatric Urgent & Express Care Physician. This is your opportunity to deliver high-quality, family-centered care in a collaborative environment that values efficiency and innovation. With a shift-based model, minimal weekend commitments, and no call responsibilities, you’ll enjoy true work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on children’s health. Our expanding division offers stability, growth, and access to more than 50 pediatric subspecialists. If you’re passionate about acute pediatric care and want to work in a supportive, tech-forward setting, this role is for you.
Opportunity Highlights
· Flexible shift-based schedule: 3–3.5 shifts/week, 11-hour shifts
· Minimal weekend and holiday commitments
· No call responsibilities—clean handoffs and efficient workflows
· Competitive compensation aligned with AAAP benchmarks
· CME allowance of $5K and two weeks CME time
· 30+ days PTO, increasing with tenure
· Comprehensive retirement plan with matching contributions
