nWhat You'll Do
nnnAct as the main point of contact between customers and technicians.
n
nnExplain service and repair recommendations to customers.
n
nnPrepare repair estimates, including parts, labor, and customer costs.
n
nnCreate and process repair orders in the service system.
n
nnInform customers of any additional service or repair needs found during inspections.
n
nnProcess manufacturer warranty repairs when applicable.
n
nnKeep customers updated on service specials, repair status, completion times, and costs.

n nWhat You'll Bring
nnn1 to 2 years of experience in dealership setting

n nTotal Rewards
nThe estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $45,000-$60,000 this is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours.
nActual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
