Express Technician
Join the Tom Wood JLRV team in Indianapolis, IN as an Express Technician, where you will play a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services. Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repair services efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction and shop productivity.
Diagnose mechanical problems and communicate findings clearly to service advisors and customers.
Follow all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines while ensuring high standards of workmanship.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and tools.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of services.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques relevant to Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo vehicles.
Requirements
Proven experience as an automotive technician with knowledge of Jaguar, Land Rover, or Volvo vehicles preferred.
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
ASE certification or equivalent is desirable.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to follow detailed service instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in automotive repair is a plus.
