Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks)
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify service needs
Document services accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Communicate recommendations clearly to customers
Complete minor repairs (filters, wipers, bulbs, etc.)
Stay current with tools, technology, and repair techniques
Work collaboratively to ensure timely service
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
Team-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
Basic automotive knowledge required
Experience with shop tools/equipment preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
