Automotive Express Technician

Duties
Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements efficiently and accurately.
Perform minor mechanical repairs including brake inspections, suspension work, and engine diagnostics to resolve common issues swiftly.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs with precision while adhering to safety standards.
Assist with wheel alignments, tire service, and other automotive service tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
Support the team with heavy lifting and physical tasks required for vehicle servicing and maintenance.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
Requirements
Hands-on mechanic experience working with standard passenger cars and familiarity with automotive fluid replacement procedures.
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, engines, and electrical components.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
Ability to perform light to moderate mechanical repairs such as oil changes, tire services, alignments, and minor mechanical fixes.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during vehicle servicing.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism.
Dealership experience is highly preferred; familiarity with automotive service standards is a plus.
