Guest Services Representative - Be the face of our property! Assist guests with check-in/check-out, answer phones, process payments, and resolve guest issues. Setup and maintain breakfast displays, maintain clean common areas, and ensure all guests receive exceptional service. High School Diploma or GED preferred, plus one to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to work through shift reports and perform audit functions when assigned.
