Guest Services Representative Role:
As a Guest Services Representative, you'll be the face of Extended Stay America, assisting guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and payment processing. You'll handle guest requests with diligent follow-through, resolve issues through our Make it Right process, and maintain a clean, organized lobby and common areas. Additional responsibilities include setting up breakfast displays, conducting property tours to ensure brand standards, and cross-training in housekeeping areas as needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED with one to three months related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to communicate proficiently in English, operate property management systems, complete shift reports and audit functions when assigned, and apply good judgment to solve guest-related issues.
