Job description
Ford Motor Company is seeking an Exterior Lighting Engineer (early‑career) to learn design, release, and supplier collaboration for exterior lighting systems. You will develop preliminary CAD proposals, work with cross‑functional teams, and help translate requirements into robust lighting designs.
Ideal candidates have a BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field, 0–2 years of engineering experience, and CAD skills. Exposure to co‑ops, internships, or Formula SAE is highly valued.
