Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Exterior Residential Remodeling Sales Representative based in San Diego, CA. The role involves engaging with potential customers to provide consultations, conducting thorough assessments of homes for exterior remodeling, and presenting customized solutions to meet clients’ needs.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners
Prepare accurate project estimates
Negotiate contracts and agreements
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals
Maintain updated knowledge of the company’s products and services
Qualifications
Sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Customer service and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets
Knowledge or experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
Proficiency in using basic computer software and CRM tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling to client sites
