They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.Perks & BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, & Disability Insurance, Plus 401K Options.Paid Time Off - 40 hours after 1 year of service paid out for FT security officers who worked a minimum of 2080 hours.Paid Family Leave - up to 12 weeks a year in accordance with State Law.Weekly Pay! - DailyPay Access program available!Referral Program.Telemedicine - Virtual Medical Care.Discounts on Childcare, Vehicles, Electronics, Cell Phone Plans, Travel & More!Free Uniforms & Paid Training.Doggy & Kitty Daycare Discounts.Employee Assistance Program & So Much More!What Your Day May Look LikeMaintain a secure environment that protects employees, customers, and visitors from harm.Periodically support Security Command Center Operations (SCCO) as needed.Respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk and damage.Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards.Protect sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access.Conflict resolution and de-escalation.Log incident reports, investigation findings, shift reports, pass down logs, etc.Perform access control at security entrances / exits.Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks.Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.Requirements18 years of age or older.High School Diploma or GED required.1+ years of experience in customer service and 1+ years of experience in security required.Intermediate to advanced computer / technology skills needed.Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
