With 25,000+ satisfied clients, 1,500+ 5-Star Google Reviews, dozens of awards from Angie's List Super Service Award, and an A+ rating with the BBB, you can trust you will do more than just sales with us: you will help better the community with a quality, reputable service.Field Manager Responsibilities:Confirm schedule of crews, verify ordered materialsSetting up and organizing worksitesRelay instructions to successfully complete the required jobPerform pre-job inspections to ensure the estimate is correctCrew scheduling around weather delays and material delaysMeet crews on job sites to review work scope / confirm materialsPerform roughly 1-2 jobs a dayCustomer serviceParticipates in continuous training and development initiatives to grow skills in your tradeWeekly 1:1 touch base video calls with your managerReports to the Production ManagerField Manager Requirements:3+ years experience with roofing, siding, or windowsPrevious employment as a Roofing, Siding and/or Window Installer, Site Manager, Installation Manager, Foreman, Superintendent, Carpenter, Expeditor, or similar requiredMust be willing to travel to various job sites within a 50-60 mile radius to directly oversee crew workFamiliarity with asphalt shingle roofing, vinyl siding, LP siding, and/or vinyl windows is preferred. Working with both pocket and full-frame window installations is also a plusCan lift up to 70 lbs as needed (building materials)Must have a clean driving record (will be provided a company truck and gas card)Good computer and phone skills are required. Will be required to document project pictures and updates via phone and computer to our software app AccuLynxHonesty and professionalismA can-do attitude and drive - See the glass as half-full
