Job description
Job OpportunityKeystone Management, LLC is looking for an individual who can demonstrate maturity, a solid work ethic, and dependability to pressure wash and clean with purpose and urgency at the Atlanta-area Marta station locations.This individual will be using high-pressure equipment to clean concrete and steel structures. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to operating a lift to pressure wash and clean high areas (over 7 feet), stripping and sealing floors, cleaning and polishing stainless steel, wiping windows, wiping low and high signs, sweeping and blowing leaves and debris, and removing trash from the premises.Flexibility to be present for all shifts to support the team and/or building as needed.Follow instructions and take direction from others on the team.Use hands to perform activities involving holding, grasping, turning, and pulling.Work in conditions that include loud noise, fumes, and working on and around heavy and moving machinery, bend, climb, walk, and stand for extended periods.Must have reliable transportation.Work outside in all weather conditions.Lift 60 pounds without assistance.Atlanta-area site travel is involved.Pass a drug test.Perform other duties assigned.High school diploma or equivalent required.General labor experience preferred.Experience using high-pressure tools preferred.Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.Detail-oriented.Reliable, self-disciplined, and adaptable.Positive attitude and professional demeanor.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Willing to share knowledge and support team members.Full-time (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime.Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 75 pounds.Exposure to varied environments, including weather and mechanical hazards.Must pass Keystone Management background checks, driving history, and drug screening.Pre-Employment Screenings: Keystone Management, LLC background checks and drug screenings are mandatory.Equal Opportunity Employer Keystone Management, LLC provides equal opportunities to all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or veteran status.
