Job description
Extruder OperatorWe are seeking reliable and hardworking Extruder Operators and Helpers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for a second chance employer with significant potential for career growth.Responsibilities include:Operating and monitoring extrusion machinery.Assisting with machine setup and adjustments.Ensuring the quality of extruded products.Performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment.Following safety procedures and guidelines.Maintaining a clean and organized work area.Packaging and labeling finished products.Assisting Extruder Operators with various tasks.Skills/Qualifications:Ability to operate and monitor machinery (for Operators).Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Good communication skills.Ability to lift and move materials as needed.Reliable and punctual.Shift:1st Shift3rd ShiftPay:$18 - $20 per hour (depending on experience)Benefits:2nd Chance EmployerLots of growth potentialIf you are a motivated individual seeking a new opportunity with a company that believes in second chances and offers room for advancement, we encourage you to apply.
