Now Hiring: Carbon Extrusion OperatorJoin a hands-on, high-energy team shaping the future—one carbon block at a time.What You'll Do:As a Carbon Extrusion Operator, you'll play a key role in our production process. This is a physically active role ideal for someone who enjoys staying on the move and working with their hands.1st shift- 7:00 am - 3:00 pmKey Responsibilities:Keep production running by regularly filling hoppers with carbon materialPerform rough cuts on extruded carbon blocks directly from the extrudersOperate a cut saw to finish carbon blocks as neededLift and handle 55 lb bags of carbon material safelyClimb steps and remain on your feet throughout your shiftSupport the team by completing additional tasks as directed by the shift leadWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial settingReliable work history and a strong work ethicAbility to handle physical demands, including lifting, standing, and repetitive motionA team player who takes direction well and is ready to jump in where neededNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
