Job Title: Extrusion Operator
Job Description
We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to work as Extrusion Operators on various shifts. This role requires individuals who are mechanically inclined and possess manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities
* Operate extrusion machines efficiently and safely.
* Ensure the quality of products through regular inspections.
* Maintain machinery and troubleshoot any mechanical issues.
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met.
Essential Skills
* Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in manufacturing and machine operation.
* Basic math skills for accurate production measurements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Extrusion experience is a plus.
* Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.

Work Environment
The role offers three shift options: 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm, 2nd shift from 3pm to 11:30pm with a 10% differential, and 3rd shift from 11pm to 7:30am with a 15% differential. The work environment involves regular use of extrusion machines and requires adherence to safety standards. Casual attire is appropriate for the workplace. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Grafton, MA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
