If you are looking for an exciting new opportunity please come on down to the job fair!Address-110 Prospect Way Osceola, WI 54020Current Openings:1st shift Extrusion Operator $21.50/hr2nd shift Cabling $21.50/hr2nd shift Extrusion Operator $23/hr2nd shift Hall $20/hr3rd shift Extrusion $23.50/hr3rd shift Maintenance Tech $23.45/hrHours:1st shift-8a-4p Mon-Fri2nd shift-4p-12a Mon-Fri3rd shift-12a-8a Mon-Fri$1,000 temporary sign on bonus after 90 days.Extrusion Operator Job Duties and Qualifications:Following computerized instructions accurately set up, operate, and troubleshoot individual conductor extrusion process.Follow production schedules.Follow processes and correct errors to eliminate scrap and down time.Inspect product according to current Standard operating procedures and/or Control plan.Problem solve production issues as products are set up and ran to ensure customer requirements are met.Accurately charge times to jobs.Utilize correct raw materials ordered from Material Handler as needed for your assigned process.Perform preventative maintenance.Material movement via hand truck.High School Diploma or GED.Ability to walk and stand for duration of 8 hour shift.1-2 years of manufacturing experience.Cable Operator Job Duties and Qualifications:Set up, operate and perform preventative maintenance on cabling process.Utilize computers to view production schedules, specifications, routings, and record production.Assemble die, spreader plates, reels of conductors, insulating materials.Order raw materials from the material handler as needed.Perform and document all quality inspections as required.Good problem solving skillsVerbal and Written communication skillsDexterityBasic mathBasic computer skillsHigh school diploma/GED1 to 2 years previous manufacturing experience preferred.Hall Job Duties and Qualifications:Safely operate a variety of equipment (example: re-spoolers, jacket stripper) simultaneously to produce quality productFollow set-up requirementsRework product per work instruction on non-conforming material tagsManipulate and transfer reel of material weighing upwards of 200 pounds safelyAll other duties as assignedProblem solvingAnalytical abilityOrganizational skillsBasic computer skillsBasic math skillsVerbal and written communication skillsInterpersonal skillsTeam orientedProcess knowledgeDexterityMaintenance Job Duties and Qualifications:Performs preventative maintenance as assigned.Troubleshoot and repair production process lines.Assist with equipment retrofits/upgrades as needed.Complete maintenance records.Maintain building and grounds.Other duties as assigned.High School Diploma or GED required along with a 2 year technical degree or equivalent certification experience.Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
