In 2025, Sealed Air generated $5.4 billion in sales and has approximately 16,100 employees who serve customers in 119 countries/territories.Job DetailsAfternoon Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AMShift Premium Amount: $2.00Pay Rate: $21.28Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Operates equipment to produce finished goods to production specifications.Ability to safely STOP equipment during normal conditions and during an emergency.Sets machine up to SOC using the appropriate conditions.Uses a computer system to set run conditions and adjusts as necessary within SOC.Performs line start up and line shut down.Understands and safely operate equipment.Follows all training documents or standard operating procedures (SOP) to operate the line safely and efficiently.Uses production reporting systems to fulfill job functions.Safely operates lab equipment.Understands all quality lab equipment and is able to operate and adjust as necessary to safely test film samples.Qualifications• High school diploma or equivalent.• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues.• Strong mechanical aptitude is desired.• Ability to make sound decisions and follow guidelines.• Must have good communication skills.• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.• High awareness toward safety.• Ability to solve problems and apply critical thinking.• Able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.• College-level courses or trade school preferred, but not necessary.• Ability to operate cranes, forklift, and other related equipment.Physical Requirements:• Frequent standing, walking, and bending.• Pushing, pulling, lifting at least 40lbs.• Eye/hand coordination.Benefits and Perks:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountsFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid elder carePaid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistanceRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insuranceAdditional InformationRequisition id: 56336Relocation: No
