Extrusion OperatorExtrusion Operator - Overnight Shift Souderton, PA Night Shift - 2 on - 2 off -3 on (7PM - 7AM) Hourly Rate based on experience and will be discussed during the initial phone screenResponsibilities:Come join our team, we offer hands on training, stable full time schedule and growth opportunities within a team focused environment that promotes safety and quality.Set up and operate blown film extrusion equipment to meet production and quality standardsMonitor processes and product quality and make adjustments as neededPerform in process quality testing and document resultsComplete job changeovers and prepare equipment for upcoming runsTroubleshoot process and equipment issues and escalate when neededMaintain accurate production and quality recordsFollow all safety, GMP, SQF, and plant policies and report near misses or incidents immediatelyParticipate in team meetings, continuous improvement projects, and training activitiesPerform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance tasksMaintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standardsSupport training of new team membersPerform housekeeping and other duties as assignedRequirements:Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred, but not required. Training providedAbility to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and basic hand toolsBasic computer skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, bend, and stoop throughout the shiftAbility to lift and pull at least 50 pounds and move heavier loads using hand trucks or material handling equipment
